we love a group class but sometimes it just doesn’t align with our schedule or movement goals. private sessions are great opportunities for beginners and seasoned practicioners alike to focus their time on what matters most. sessions are offered in-home or in-studio.

pilates is a low-impact exercise that compliments yoga well by placing a greater emphasis on strength building. Sessions are offered in-home or in-studio on either mat or reformer.
